Faculty may want to add a syllabus statement that directs students to check for class updates via email or through announcements on Google Classroom or Brightspace.
In-person office hours may be held in classrooms, but not in faculty offices. To reserve classroom space for office hours, please contact the registrar ([email protected]). Most faculty will continue to host online office hours. The following may be effective additions to a syllabus:

Option A: My office hours are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00–4:00pm. I am holding these office hours on Zoom at the following permanent link: https://bard.zoom.us/YOURLINK. If you are unable to attend the Zoom meeting, please send me an email at [email protected] and we can connect via phone or some other method by appointment. Please include some times that you are available.
Option B: I hold office hours by appointment. You can use the following link (Google Calendar / Doodle / YouCanBook.Me/ Calendly) to schedule an appointment with me. If you can’t meet during any of my available times, email me with some times that you’re available.
